• For health and safety reasons, packaged teas (herbs and flowers) cannot be returned once they leave the store.

• Merchandise items such as t-shirts, hats, and other apparel may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please provide detailed feedback via our Contact Form or email.

• We will respond within 2–3 business days with a possible discounted replacement or credit for future use.
