What is a tea bar?

– Our tea bar includes features of tea rooms, tea shops and tea bars. A place where you can enjoy a selection of high-quality loose-leaf teas that are unique and freshly brewed from all natural, organic, sustainably sourced herbs and flowers. Where you can buy a variety of loose-leaf beneficial tea blends, enjoy light lunches and afternoon tea in a relaxing environment (physical location coming soon.) Paradise tea bar is also place of community for all that are pursing a wellness journey and making lifestyle changes.

When can I expect to notice the benefits of herbal teas?

– Herbal teas support overall wellness and are best enjoyed as part of a consistent daily routine. Everyone’s experience is different, and benefits may vary depending on lifestyle, habits, and individual needs.

What is Holistic health?

– Holistic health is an approach to wellness that considers the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle. Rather than focusing on one area, it emphasizes balance, daily habits, and natural practices that support overall well-being. It incorporates natural and lifestyle-based practices—such as nutrition, herbal traditions, and stress management—to support general wellness and everyday balance.

How often can I enjoy herbal tea?

 

– Herbal teas can be enjoyed daily as part of a balanced lifestyle. We recommend starting with 1–2 cups and adjusting based on your preferences and how your body responds.

How long should I steep my packaged tea?

​

-Steeping time depends on the type of tea and your preference on taste. Longer steep times result in a stronger tea and depending on the tea can result in bitterness. 

 

Herbal teas- typically 7-15 minutes (flowers should steep a full10+ minutes)

Green tea- 2-3 minutes (extremely important to stick to this time to avoid bitter green tea)

Does the temperature of the water I use make a difference?

-Yes. You should use boiling water for most herbal teas (200-212F) and hot water for green teas (175-180F).

Are herbal teas safe while pregnant or while nursing? 

​

– Some herbs may not be suitable during pregnancy or while nursing. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before consuming herbal products during this time.

Can I enjoy herbal teas while taking medications? 

​

– If you are currently taking medications or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before adding new herbs to your routine.

 We offer a selection of gentle, kid-friendly blends that can be found on our Kiddie Teas menu. These teas are thoughtfully crafted with mild herbs traditionally used to support overall wellness and daily balance.

For little ones, many families enjoy incorporating herbal teas as part of their daily routine, especially during seasonal transitions. If your child has specific health concerns or sensitivities, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before introducing new herbs.
